How do customers get telephone or drop in support or submit sales queries to kj computers now your stretford branch has closed?

where is the psysical address of kj computers, i've looked everywhere but i can't find it on the website - i live and work not frar from stretford so if i can use a local firm for my needs it makes more sense to me than say pc world or comet.

perhaps you should put a sticky thread with your telephone and sales number (or perhaps put them on the website so we can get you some business!

You don't seem to have looked very far then, necromancer! Our Head Office details are in the Contact area!

Our head office is based in London, we have branches in Stretford (sold!), Shropshire, Oxford, Wrexham (Just a workshop), then the rest are based out of the UK, in Japan, Seattle, and China.

We now have no branches local to you, only Rikku's house, in Prestwich, which she is using as a temporary office and workshop, public access is not permitted. I don't think we're going to be able to help you on this occasion. If you do find a laptop elsewhere that you like, i can give you further assistance concerning warranties, tech support, e.t.c, and if you do get a laptop from PC World, i could get you a discount, i used to work for PC World Business as a contractor.

It might be an idea to put the addresses and other contact details to your Shropshire, Oxford, Wrexham workshops or whatever in a thread so forum members who live near by can get technical support and know where to go for help.

It's sad you've closed the stretford branch, PC world it is.....

I have addressed your concerns, and will pass them on to Rikku. As soon as she gives me the go ahead, i'll include all the information in our brand new site, our site is having a major makeover, as i think you've guessed and seen!

It is sad, i was looking forward to helping you. I actually knew Rikku would jump at the big offer this company made us, she did with the offer the property developer did for our Stretford depot, we had a warehouse and offices over the other end of Stretford, and they were pulled down for housing!

Now that Rikku is big boss, don't moan at me for stuff like this, take it up with her! I'm with a different company now, CTS Computers in Farnworth, they've just offered me a part time post, for a full time wage! I still help Rikku out, with contracting, laptop repair, and company network. I run the website and support server too, but all the management, premises, and other stuff, she's your girl!
