25 May, 2007 5:58 am June 2007 online chat? [sdp=84903]

Does anyone feel like to have an online chat?

I think it's about time to schedule another one. If you are interested, please cast your preferred date.

Any suggestion is welcome.

All three sound fine to me; second-semester finals end on the sixth so I have nothing planned for those three weekends.

Any of those dates would work for me. Presumably, the time would be either of the usual times: 0001 GMT or 1501 GMT.

16th sounds best. I have a test on the 12th, so it wouldn't be a good idea to stay awake for too long on the 9th/10th. I also have a test on the 16th, but it's in the morning, so I'd be free for the rest of the weekend, ergo, for an online chat.

Afternoon or evening hours in my time zone are best for me, but, in any case, I can not promise to show up. (My real life is quite busy once you throw in sick relatives, sick cats, and summer jobs.)

0001 GMT would be better for me, I'd be working at 1501 GMT (Which is Saturday night here) whereas 0001 is Sunday morning for us. Smile

Sorry to hear that you have sick relatives and sick cats. I hope them recover fast.

I'm generally busy on weekends now and might not be able to attend a chat.

Any of the above dates should work for me, but I do have graduation on Friday June 8th, so I may be tied up on the 9th or 10th.

Sorry guys, I had a very busy week last week, and completely forgotten the online chat.

Is everybody good for the upcoming weekend? (16th/17th)

I think we will go for 16/17 June online chat?
Do we have any preferred time? The usual 0:01 GMT (midnight) or the 15:01 GMT?

for 0:01 GMT (midnight) time, it will be
10:01am 17th June Sydney time (AEST)
8:01am 17th June Perth time (AWST)
0:01am 17th June (GMT)
7:01pm 16th June (EST)
4:01pm 16th June (PST)

for 15:01 GMT time, it will be
1:01am 17th June Sydney time (AEST)
11:01pm 16th June Perth time (AWST)
3:01pm 16th June (GMT)
10:01am 16th June (EST)
7:01am 16th June (PST)

All times mentioned above are NOT adjusted with daylight saving in your local state.

Shall we use the same old IRC channel? or any new IRC chat room?

Please indicate preferred time and venue.

The old chatroom is fine, isn't it? Either time is fine for me. 1501 GMT sounds better though, I'm never awake by 0800. Smile
