Are there any new entries added to the Release Notes page?
http://browser.netscape.com/releasenotes/
The page states that
| Quote: | These release notes cover what’s new and download and installation instructions. |

You can compare previous release news from Netscape Browser Archive .

I haven't yet found anything really different. The only thing I got was that closing the last tab closes the browser (which isn't working for me -_-).

It works. I don't use any of the features listed, so it does not matter to me, one way or other.
I installed it top of the previous version. No problem. A couple of Addons were, probably, not compatible. Nightly Tester Tools took care of that.

I did the same, and like you said, a couple things were 'incompatible'. Overall I don't really see any difference.

Being fearful, I un-installed the beta1 and installed beta2. No problems, all my settings and bookmarks, etc.
I did try that closing of the last tab, no problem, my browser stayed there.
Looks good here.

I love it! Haven't heard that descriptive in many years.
