What kind of world is it? No negative review/comments are allowed?
A popular Australian forum (Whirlpool ) founder was sued by 2Clix Australia (software company) because some members criticising 2Clix Australia's software and encourage other members to avoid purchasing their products.

Freedom of speech should prevail.
I hope the owner of Whirlpool wins the case.

An update to this case. 2Clix was heavily criticised, case dropped.
On 19 September, there were news reports that Whirlpool has received informal notice from 2Clix that 2Clix has withdrawn the case against Whirlpool. (Whirlpool confirmed this, but did not change its stance preparing legal battle.) On Friday 5th October, Whirl finally received the Notice of Discontinuance (official confirmation from the Supreme Court of Queensland).
The Age wrote: | while legal experts doubted the ability of 2Clix to win the case from the outset, it could have had major ramifications for website operators and their users. A win for 2Clix would have set a nasty precedent and seriously limited the ability of web users to criticise companies' products and services.
(...)
Ironically, the negative word of mouth and worldwide media coverage criticising 2Clix for trying to silence its critics seems to have damaged the firm's reputation far more than the forum threads that were the subject of the lawsuit. |

The last half of what Antony quoted, is very true. Such has happened in the past and no doubt, will occur in the future.
