I got a 120 gig Zune, mostly for airplane use, easier than carrying a bunch of 20 gig iRiver H10's.
Less and less instruction comes with this stuff these days, setup was on the web. Sync of my 60 gigs of music, photos and videos took forever. Also, it would not sync videos in VOB, AVI, of DIVX.
The on-screen interface on the computer seems to be only the album interface favored by ten-year olds. I prefer the old fashioned Table View.
But, the sound is good, maneuvering around is with buttons which I favor.
Basically, all is well, I recommend the unit with only a B+ becuae of the album interface and the inability in this day and age to play those video file types.
I put both of those issues up on the Zune forum.

Most music I have are in 192kbps AAC, or 256kbps AAC from iTunes Plus or 128kbps AAC from iTunes Store. (I have no problem with 128kbps.)
My iTunes Library is only 6.83GB in music, 1GB in movies, 17.12GB TV shows, 9.17 GB Podcast (both audio and video).
With the recent purchase of 1TB external HDD which is intended for storing all my music and photos, I now have more room to build up my music and video library for my iTunes. (And the next step is to sync to the TV.)

Quite far along with the Zune.
The music library was completed quickly. The video library is 95% complete.
I needed to get a converter to convert the video files to either WMV or mp4. I found a really nice one, not free, but very easy to use and the results are excellent.
I had one set for some reason, probably my fault, of discrete videos that are from one source. My video converter for making NTSC DVD's did a great job of merging the files, but gave me just a new DVD, not a new big file. So, now, I ripped it back, got a file, and am hopefully converting the resultant .VOB file to mp4, which I can sync to the Zune.
If anyone needs help with any of this stuff, you know me, I am already an expert and will answer any question, even if I have absolutely no idea of what I am talking about.
