According to the release notes document it
* fixes several security issues and
* fixes several stability issues, and
* official releases for Estonian, Kannada, and Telugu languages are out now

Three of Mozilla Foundation Security Advisories (MFSA2009-07..MFSA2009-11) are rated as Critical, more here.
