According to Computerworld, the State of Texas bans Microsoft's flagship product - Windows Vista - for use in the government agencies. The reason is “of the many reports of problems with Vista.”

“We are not in any way, shape or form trying to pick on Microsoft, but the problems with this particular [operating] system are known nationwide,” Sen. Juan Hinojosa, vice chairman of the Finance Committee who proposed the ban, “And the XP operating system is working very well.”

This may, just be a budget control that Texas State found that upgrading to Windows Vista is not necessary.

This is the 'when', the 'who', and the 'what' of an account, right up front. The 'how' and the 'why' are stated later. If we don't understand it, that is our lack.

And, BTW, no one, no Christian, has ever said that Evolution is not, in fact, *The Plan of God From Day One*, with the holes in the record being the mystery which God has placed there for man to fill. And no one can say how the history of days reckoned from "Bereshith" (I am Jewish, this is the proper name for the first book) is or is not to be reconciled with the cosmological history of the universe.

Now, read that carefully. It says that the Christian account of Creation and the account by all of scientific method may actually be identical, with God's mystery in it, with Man required to figure out the mystery, or not, who knows, we do not know, I do not know, you do not know,

I have been a Theology student since 1980. I came to the above thesis in about 2000, presented it to a group of Christians with whom I work, they read it, took it home to their spouses, and their clergy, and unanimously approved it.
