I just got a new computer with Windows Vista installed. I want to transfer my mail, bookmarks, etc. in both FF and SeaMonkey. Where do I find those files in Vista? Thanks.

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 6.0; en-US; rv:1.9.0.11) Gecko/2009060215 Firefox/3.0.11 (.NET CLR 3.5.30729)

Windows XP: Sp2, Norton Internet Security, Malwarebytes, SuperAntiSpyware, Spybot Search and Detroy, and AVG 7 for the laptop, user of SeaMonkey and Firefox 3.08. Wife uses latest SeaMonkey on her laptop.

They're still in Application Data\Mozilla and are accessible via %appdata%\Mozilla in Windows Explorer. The full path should be something like, C:\Users\Don_HH2K\AppData\Roaming\Mozilla, replacing my user name with yours.

Starting location for all Mozilla-related product questions:
http://kb.mozillazine.org/Knowledge_Base

Scan through the Contents on the following. A wealth of information.
http://kb.mozillazine.org/Profile_folder_-_Firefox - Bookmarks
http://kb.mozillazine.org/Profile_folder_-_SeaMonkey - Bookmarks, Mail
http://kb.mozillazine.org/Profile_folder_-_Thunderbird - Mail

Look at not only the Locations section, but also at the Files and folders section.

For Bookmarks, because of the internal differences in the files, the safest and only practical way is to do an Export from the old, and then Import the resulting file into the new.

For Mail, just copy over the mail files; ignore the .msf files.
