I'm tempted to give it a try BUT since I use LastPass on Firefox and have strong passwords (incapable of memorizing them) which won't carry over to Opera unless I set up a new account... I'll probably give it a pass. Besides... Firefox is working so well for me... why bother?

I gave it a try, super fast, but it's just going to sit idle on my desktop. Google chrome is for me. I love firefox, but I don't like the way Mozilla is headed.

I will admit that I am happy for Opera to release a version that actually has speedy page loading times, and isn't completely worthless to me.

John, what do you like about Google Chrome? And why are you dissatisfied with Mozilla's direction? Just curious. Confused

Google Chrome is simply the fastest, most lightweight and coolest browser I have ever used.

Since I started with Firefox 3, I've had problems with it. I think Mozilla is starting to stray away from what Firefox used to be.

Has anyone here tried Opera 10 yet? I'm still not using it in Linux due to the long-standing footer-printing problem.

I actually downloaded it, Edward. I've had every version of Opera since Opera version 4. But this one still sits unopened due to my desire not to screw up my LastPass program on Firefox. Everything is working well so why mess with it? But I was so tempted that I did download it.
