14 Apr, 2003 8:44 pm "sender" listed is really recipient |

In Netscape 7.02, in the mail window, where the list of all emails is, the column labeled "sender" winds up getting listed as the opposite of what it really is. For example, if Alex sends an email to Bob, Chuck, and Dave, and me, "Alex" does not get listed under Sender, Bob does (the first person on the recipient list).
So, I'm glancing thru my mail window trying to see who emailed, and instead of seeing the name "Alex" which I'd recongize, I see "Bob" who I don't know from a hole in the wall.
And then if I send an email to someone, it's the recipient that winds up listed as the sender in the email listing on the grid.
And if someone sends an email to me, with no other recipients, I wind up being listed as the sender for that.
It's all backwards. Is there a setting that needs changing, or is this the way it's supposed to be (ie--useless)?

For the e-mail folders, Draft and Sent should be the only two with the Recipient column header. The others should show Sender in the same column instead.

I'm talking about the main Inbox page list, where the columns are "subject", "sender", "size" and "date" (there is no "recipient" column at all). Under "sender" I used to have whomever typed the email listed using Netscape 4.8. Now with 7.02, the column is still titled "sender" but the name that gets listed under that column in the Inbox winds up being the name of the recipient. I'm trying to figure out if this is how Netscape 7.02 is made to work, or if my settings are wrong.
