Why shouldn't I try if there's a signal to be received in the first place?

Because your method of trying damages the look.

Hi, I'm Happy Dude...new user, please don't ask me how I found this place, I was googling for something and then I wound up here
OH well, may as well make my first post then
My computer is a beast... an AMD Sempron 2600+ clocked at 1.6Ghz! Then theres the 512MB of DDR generic RAM running at 2100 speeds, with 64MB being stolen for video (oh wow, how cool >_>) and the overfull, relatively slow 80GB IDE HDD.
Yes, it kicks ass. Err...kicked ass...about 5 years ago.

This was pretty easy to achieve:
Running the Folding @ Home SMP client, I can finish a work unit in roughly twenty hours.

Very cool, Mandrake. I know you're going to enjoy these new goodies. Those speakers are awesome.

Nice new toys.
I just a bit surprised that you did not pick up one of the Creative Sound Blaster sound cards.

Cool.
Do you really need 850W power? That's a lot more than PS3!

My old 580W power supply wasn't enough for dual video cards, which is why I bought this new one. I was going to buy two video cards straight away but I forgot about the daily limit on EFTPOS on the bank card.
