Well, I think most of us remember that Munich, in Germany, was switching 14,000 PCs to Linux, because it was 'cheaper' than a Windows solution. Now it seems that the people in Munich are having some problems with this, and Ballmer is having a good chuckle over it!

Apparently, it's the smaller vendors that are the problem, according to
this article at The Register.
