Having a problem getting Mozilla Calender to run since updating a nightly of 1.8a5, anyone else encountering similar problems? This is putting me in a jam here!

According to the Calendar Install Page, Calendar is only compatible with 1.8a4 and downwards, except on OS/2.

OK, I don't think this has been posted on the Download Page yet, but there is a Calendar build dated today available on Mozilla's FTP server. Try this link for Calendar instead.

But, isn't a5 only available as a nightly?

Yes. According to the Mozilla FTP server, the latest release is 1.8a4, and the current Nightly is 1.8a5 and 1.7.5.
