Has anyone seen this:

I was wondering if there are any thoughts on the new browser supposedly being developed by AOL.

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Win98; en-US; rv:1.7.3) Gecko/20040910
Windows XP: Sp2, Norton Internet Security, Malwarebytes, SuperAntiSpyware, Spybot Search and Detroy, and AVG 7 for the laptop, user of SeaMonkey and Firefox 3.08. Wife uses latest SeaMonkey on her laptop.
