I downloaded Mozilla, and I liked that, but I don't know wich I continue using. Mozilla or Netscape ?

Both are OK,
Netscape is based on Mozilla 1.0.1, more stable version. also more conservative version.
You can use NS if you just wat to surf the internet without any problem.
You can use Mozilla if you want to experience much more features.
of course, difference is small.

You asked Netscape or Opera, my answer was Netscape.
Now, you asked Netscape or Mozilla, my answer is still Netscape.
Why?
It is safer, it has been extensivly tested internally, and has been well documented by Netscape, a division of AOL Time Warner.

If you want to set up AOL and/or Netscape Webmail, Netscape is necessary. If you do not care about them,, Mozilla 1.01 and Netscape 7.0 are the same. Mozilla 1.01 is a slightly smaller download than Netscape 7.0 Streamlined.
Is Netscape safer? I do not know why. And, for the documentation, Netscape is probably better. I think that Netscape is Mozilla with fancy clothes.

That is exactly what Netscape is, a branded Mozilla release.
My vote is for Mozilla for a couple of reasons:
1. Features. Yes, there are some good features in current and future Mozilla releases that aren't/won't be in Netscape releases. Even small things like a working filter log in Mail/News... 
2. Security fixes. Get 'em whilst they're fresh, without having to wait for a branded Netscape release. Remember how long it took to releasse Netscape 6.2.3, which was purely a security fix release? Also applies to regular bugfixes. Daily builds are made for the Mozilla 1.0.x branch (which Netscape 7.0 and likely future 7.0.x releases are based on), so picking up a build from the day after a security hole is fixed (not reported, but actually fixed) will virtually always give you a fixed version. Daily builds are also made for branches that are about to be released (if applicable, such as 1.2) and the trunk (where all the fun stuff happens - although things can and do break from time to time).
3. Download size - Smaller than any release of Netscape 7.0, no matter how much you strip it down.
As for stability... the Mozilla 1.0.x branch is a "stable" branch, only important, low risk bugfixes are landed on it. It is at least as stable as Netscape 7.0, and at least as secure as it.

I personnally prefer Mozilla, but I have to go with Netscape 7.0 for this one. Their is no real help for Mozilla around, but you can get help from Netscape with their own browser ^^

Virtually all of the Netscape 7.0 documentation applies to the Mozilla 1.0 branch

What are you talking about? You can't use Netscape 7.0's documentation for Mozilla.
Mozilla is designed for developers.
Netscape is designed for end users.
Documentation is an important part.

With the exception of the proprietry components and the fact P3P support is enabled in Netscape builds, the two (Netscape 7.0 and Mozilla 1.0.1) are essentially the same.
I'm sure if somebody could be bothered an XPI could be made for overwriting Mozilla's documentation (yes, it *does* have documentation, which is largely the same as Netscape's for that matter) with Netscape's documentation files.

You are NOT allowed to use Netscape's stuff for Mozilla, however, Netscape may use anything from Mozilla. Forgot the special licence?

Aside from the parts specific to proprietry features, the vast majority of Netscape's documentation is included with Mozilla and under the MPL.
That's why the example above would be a waste, licensing aside

Unless Netscape (company) contribute it to Mozilla. Otherwise you can't simply borrow it from Netscape (browser).

You convence me. I will use Netscape, but in Netscape in portuguese I have much dust of AOL. Where I can download the packpage to Netscape 7 of English ? Because it has only AOL Instant Messenger of AOL. Only the package of contents. Please, where I can catch it ?

If you don't need Portuguese interface (and documemtations), I would suggest you getting Netscape Streamline (English). If you only want to have AIM (called NIM) XPI, English one, please check NIM.xpi from Netscape 7 FTP (English).
(And the Portuguese version of NIM.XPI)
