I think Antony disabled that feature cause some people were abusing it. If you need to make a poll, contact a moderator or Antony.

It wasn't just Wellander, there was a certain group of people that were making way too many polls, so the polls option was disabled for regular members. If you want a poll made you can PM any moderator (or Antony).
