One bug:

SeaMonkey failed to quit.

So I have to quit SeaMonkey before shutting down my Mac?

One should exit all applications before shutting down their computer, I think. :D

I also like the new SeaMonkey graphics and logo.

It's amazing how much faster web browsers perform when plugins like Java and Flash aren't used.

I don't know about Windows, but Linux does the above during shutdown. :)

SeaMonkey 1.0 has now effectively reached Release Candidate stage. Builds are now available
for testing, although curiously no official RC1 build has been formally released at this stage.

The article links to a folder on Mozilla's FTP server where the RC builds can be downloaded.
It looks like these are essentially nightly builds considered stable enough to be RC builds.

SeaMonkey = Swiss Army Knife: It's versatile, reliable, and contains useful tools.
Windows Internet Explorer = Old Swiss Cheese: Full of holes, and it stinks!

I'm still using the SeaMonkey 1.5a nightly builds (VERY alpha (pre-beta), I might add!) based on 1.9a1, and with each succeeding build, I'm encountering less issues. :sm:
