Seamonkey 2.9 released

I, just, got SeaMonkey 2.9, via incremental update.
The release notes are here

Whoever cares for this, there is a 2.9.1. I haven't figured out the Release Notes, i.e what's different from 2.9. Since there is a Tb12.0.1, it must have to do with Mail.
By the way the Announcements are two months old! The same goes for other Mozilla programs.
