TBird 3.1.4 Attachments problem

Postby arcaterra » Wed 13 Oct, 2010 7:39 am

Recently I have been sending group emails with attachments, but no one gets them. I have to send as individual emails with attachments. And even then, some of them are not getting the emails when there are attachments.
In the Sent folder, the messages do appear as being sent. What is the problem?

Thanks

If you suspect the program, try to send an identical e-mail, using another Mail Client, or webmail. Is it happening only when you send group e-mails?
Try to send the same message to yourself, as part of a group. If you have the attachment, it is not Thunderbird.
I, never, send group e-mails, so I don't have any idea why you would have the problem. Was it ok with previous TBs?
