That's me. The weather has been nice and cool as of late, I even needed a hoodie on a couple of occasions. Temperatures are forecast in the high 20s here for the Easter break with plenty of sunshine. Should be very pleasant. :)

Okay. Got it. Mandrake is in Perth (in Western Australia) and Edward is somewhere else. LOL

Your weather sounds great. I hope ours clears up soon. It's been miserable here... Rain, Rain and more Rain.

Been pretty cold here. Maximum was only up to 16°C the other day.

On the positive side, finally, I could take out my coats to wear.

The weather here has been stunning lately. Between 21 and 24C with only a few clouds in the sky. :) That said, we also had an incredibly cold night here within the last couple of weeks, reaching a low of 1.3C. That's the lowest May temperature recorded in Perth since 1914!

Weather here over the (past) weekend was horrible, ruined my plan completely.
Endless rain made me unwilling to go out, hence no window shopping.

Image
And Sydney is on severe weather alert, tomorrow is going to be cold, wet, wild and windy across Sydney. Nothing like beautiful Boston and picturesque Quincy.

Image
Oh, bad weather also means unreliable internet connection. Well, you know, Sydney does not have the reliable internet connection like in beautiful Boston and picturesque Quincy.

I saw that on the news.

Well, the thing is that we don't tend to have heaters everywhere unlike United States. We don't have cheap electricity or nature gas bills.

Well, the rest of the country is baking but the Pacific NW is unseasonably cold (55 degree F) and rainy. I suppose it's a blessing since I hate heat and humidity but I would like some sunshine.

Well, I signed myself up for Night Photography course. Unfortunately, due to the (stupid) daylight saving, that course is only available during winter time.

I've been wearing a awfully lot of clothing at night for this Night Photography (and for its assignments). The teacher from Canada told us although Sydney winter's mercury is not as low as Canada's, it feels a lot colder than in Canada, somehow by about 10°C.

Yup. I don't have a specific heater here. The air conditioning can do heating too, but I'm a bit weary of using it much due to the costs other than in summer. Thankfully it hasn't been that extremely cold here at night now. We had a few days of 2 or 3C weather at night.

Exactly. Heating is a luxurious thing to many people here in Australia, unlike those who live in United States particularly in Don's beautiful Boston. Many people simply can't afford heating in winter or cooling in summer here.

Real example: homeless people in Sydney were bitten by rats at night as reported by this news clip; in comparison, ‘homeless’ people in Don's beautiful Boston have free shelters to stay for the night with free heating (according to Don). Even ‘homeless’ people are better off in Don's beautiful Boston.

Not only that, but I understand these homeless Bostonians dine on plates of purest gold. <sigh> That's just the way it is, Antony, so you'd better get used to it.
