The G5 iMac . . . Could it look like this?

Postby DJGM » Sat 24 Jan, 2004 3:17 pm

While doing a Google search earlier, I found this . . .

Image

When the iMac goes in for it's next design revamp, and contains the G5 processor, could it look
something like the above image? I'm not sure about the flat case for housing all the computer
components, but I like the look of the rest of it. At a glance, the display doesn't look much
different to that of the flat panel displays used on current iMacs, until you look closely,
and notice that the pure white finish has been replaced by the brushed metal effect.

Would such a design have the same WOW factor as the current and original iMacs?

In time honoured tradition . . . discuss . . . !

SeaMonkey = Swiss Army Knife: It's versatile, reliable, and contains useful tools.
Windows Internet Explorer = Old Swiss Cheese: Full of holes, and it stinks!

I'm not terribly sure, but I'd rather see a G5 PowerBook first, that'd be great! :D

Feels like two photos imposed together.

Waiting for G5 PowerBook.
