Nice looking set-up, Antony. Very retro.... beautifully clean lines. You have to agree that Apple really knows how to put beauty and care into its hardware.

Thank you, and it's true that Apple does know how to make devices look good. Although the G4 Cube's design is no longer the current trend, I still quite like the look of it.

A few, about 10 and I need to count.
Rest assured it is nowhere as many as Don's scary amount of laptops or Wallendar's 27+ computers.

And of course, Don's are in picturesque Quncey near beautiful Boston. Oh well... :)

Nice. (Although Don wouldn't approve it.)

Just a thought, you need a bigger desk.
In December/January period, I ended up getting 3 desks from IKEA. (I know I am cheap.)

Here's the photos of poor man's latest old computer as mentioned in another thread:

I love the colourful look of the old Clamshell iBook. It just looks like a fun, inviting computer to use, particularly for young people.

I agree. Looks like the kind of laptop my granddaughter would enjoy using.

Here's the photo of my recently acquired iMac G4 20-inch (USB 2.0) PowerPC G4 1.25GHz with 1GB of RAM (PC2700 DDR SDRAM, 333MHz), and GeForce FX 5200 Ultra (64MB).

Specs-wise, it's a bit better than the Clamshell iBook. However, it is almost a decade old, (production period was from 18 November 2003 to 1 July 2004, translates to aD 12)

Image

I know it looks familiar, because I have two similar looking ones (17-inch model).

The "before" shot:

The "after" shot:

All those three slow iMac G4s are of the same (last) USB 2.0 models, all 1.25GHz Power PC G4.

Here's a photo of a poorman's low-tech device setup (in a cheap hotel room):
Image
Devices are: MacBook Air 11-inch (2011 Core i7 model), iPad 4 (64GB LTE model, 2012), iPad mini (64GB LTE model, 2012), iPhone 5 (64GB model, 2012), iPhone 4 (32GB model, 2010)

I know, we all wish we could have matched against our Don's super high-tech gadgets, and a very powerful BMW to carry them around.
(to Don: Antony is poor.)
