Well, I finally got my own digital camera. It was a graduation gift from my parents. The camera is a Canon PowerShot A560, 7.1 mega pixels.

Image

They were having a special deal at Staples that if you bought that camera, and bought a Canon printer, you would get a mail-in rebate on the printer, making the printer free.

Image

Also included in the camera deal was a free 512 MB SD card, which is very handy because the 16 MB card that came with the camera only holds 7 photos at 3072 x 2304.

That's great. Perhaps one day we'll see you on the evening news as you warn the nation of an impending hurricane. Anyway, all the best to you. :)

Congratulations on your graduation. We hope we can still see you on SillyDog701 when you attend university. All the best.

Nice digital camera btw. Mine only takes up-to 5 MP.

Congratulations on graduating high school, I've still got time to go. :x Good luck anyway :)

I remember my camera (a 2MP Olympus) came with a 16MB SmartMedia card; at full-quality (1600x1200) I think I could get ten pictures on it. Next down were 40 (1600x1200 low quality), 65 (1024x768), and 100 (640x480). Now I'm using a 64MB card, which gets me about 150 photos.

It was freezing and windy there that day. I don't have a thermometer, the weather says it was up to 14°C.

Actually, I have a thermometer for measuring the milk frothing (coffee).

I got a few good skyline shots at a golf course about a week ago. No, I didn't go golfing.

The rest I took were with a camcorder, so I could use the zoom lens. They came out terrible.
