The picture is beautiful. What were the settings on the camera that enabled a night time picture?

Thanks Edward,

With the help of the tripod, flash was not fired (I am cheap).
Aperture 3.5, shuttle speed 0.4, ISO 400
Camera: Sony DSC-H9

The key thing is not to use flash and hold it steady or using a tripod.

Two recent photos, taken on Wednesday night.

Image
(To Don: using Sony DSC-H9's 16:9 aspect ratio which works out nicely.)

I played around with shutter speed ;-)

(No cropping or any other manipulation applied on those two pictures except resizing and adding watermark.)

Got back from a five-day stay in Ireland. I haven't got any decent photo editors installed to resize any of the 176 pictures I got to take, not to mention download the other half of them off my camcorder, so here's a couple located elsewhere.

I also have a blog entry about the trip itself.

MacBook Pro's backlit keyboard.

Finally, I got a notebook with backlit keyboard. PowerBook 12-inch did not have backlit keyboard, only on 15- and 17-inch models.

Well, I did not see anyone doing face painting today, so I try my best to make a scary face.

This is Antony. Happy Halloween!

Great shot of the bridge, Antony. It sure looks like a beautiful part of the country.
