I try to get 10 hours sleep a night (although most nights I only get about 8 hours)!
I usually start getting ready for bed at around 22:00 (10:00PM) and try to get up at around 08:00 (8:00AM), although I usually get up at around 10:00 (10:00AM) on weekends & bank holidays though (or at least I try to).
I find myself falling asleep on my back but I always wake up on my side, SPOOKY!...
