I would like to know if there´s any way I can make my own version of Netscape 7 in a different language than English. I´ve downloaded the CCK but I´m not sure what should I do to create binaries in another language.

You can either get international version of CCK or download the Language Pack, Regional Pack and perhaps the Spell files.
