Did Fulvio also suggest that, maybe in a PM? I did mention to you earlier that " it wouldn't hurt to go to Netscape's Edit > Preferences > Privacy&Security > Cookies > Cookie Manager and remove any heartcenteronline cookies you see listed"
.... glad it worked.

Alice,
she may have missed you suggestion, and I did not see it until now, but it was in a PM, and your date is earlier than mine. this was my reply in the PM:
"We were thinking of all sort of things, but whenever something odd happen, delete the stale cookies. This is the first advice you get from techsupports.
I never found this to work for me, when I have had problems. Especially with some websites.
Maybe I should try again. There is this music site which placed over 20 cookies. I swear that there may be some alias on top of it. That would mean deleting all, or just keeping them for the session. It works in Firefox!"

Alice,

I must apologize for giving Fulvio the credit for solving my problem. In going back and reading the thread I came across a reply from you that included the following. I mistook the message to be signed by Fulvio, now I realize you were directing the rest of the message to him.

So many thanks to you for solving a problem that has been driving me nuts. I really like this message board. This is my first experience with it.
Audrey

audreyb,
Alice's message.....

I'm not saying that your error is due to cookies stored or blocked by Netscape but it wouldn't hurt to go to Netscape's Edit > Preferences > Privacy&Security > Cookies > Cookie Manager and remove any heartcenteronline cookies you see listed, either under 'stored cookies' or on the 'cookie sites' tab. Also make sure your cookie permissions are not set too restrictively (either accept all cookies or set the privacy settings to 'medium').

Fulvio,

I tried the site again in Mozilla 1.7.3 and the Java plugin loaded again, as evidenced by the Java icon appearing. Maybe you have UNchecked the option to "show Java in System Tray" in the Control Panel > Java Plugin, Basic tab?
