USBTypewriter

The USBTypewriter™ is a new and groundbreaking innovation in the field of obsolescence. Lovers of the look, feel, and quality of old fashioned manual typewriters can now use them as keyboards for any USB-capable computer, such as a PC, Mac, or even iPad!

I'm actually more interested in the DIY kit they offer than an actual USB typewriter. It seems like the kit could have some applications outside of typewriters, say turning everyday objects like doorbells or videogame controllers into USB input devices.

An intriguing product.

I am used to the Apple Keyboard (thin profile aluminum version), it is pretty comfortable in my honest. When I had to use the more regular keyboard (e.g. previous Apple Keyboard, thicker profile white plastic version) I found that a bit hard to use.

Also, thanks to Don, I am also getting used to type on on-screen keyboard. Of course, the iPad one is much easier than the iPhone one.
