A family member is currently using Netscape 4.75 (Netscape Mail) simply as an email client. When they open URL's via the mail client inbox it will obviously open in a Communicator browser.
Is there any way to change this so that URL's can open in IE?

Why do you want to do that? The only way I know to do it is to get Thunderbird and download a extension named like Extended or Options so something like that
