Multi-language automatic browser translator

Is there a plugin or something out there that will be able to display and translate a bunch of different languages automatically when I browse to a site that happens to be not in English?

There is a "Translation" feature available in Netscape 6.xx builts.
It is powered by some online electrical translation services.

It is not yet available in Netscape 7.0 PR1 yet.
