Some of you may have been following the Flash issue between Apple and Adobe. In short, Apple refuse to include Adobe's Flash in Apple's iPod touch, iPhone, and iPad, and Adobe is not happy about that.

The new episode? Adobe slams Apple for failing to include the most recent version of Flash inside the latest Snow Leopard security update.

"10.6.4 update for Mac OS X includes Flash Player, but not the latest version," said Brad Arkin, Adobe's director of security and privacy.

Mac users can manually update Flash Player to the latest version, and the Apple security patch won’t downgrade installs of that later security upgrade. Indeed, Adobe recommends users verify they are using the latest, most secure version of Flash Player (10.1.53.64) available for download from http://www.adobe.com/go/getflashplayer .
