Help menu in Netscape 0/1

Hi,
What was the help menu to the far right in Netscape 0.x and 1.x?
I am just wondering becuase it seemed odd to have it there they swithched it in Netscppe 2.0

Downloaded a copy of Mosaic 0.8 from the Sillydog FTP server just now.. The menu has in it:

As for why it was there, my guess is that so it would stand out, and people would probably require help as a graphic-based Internet was a completely new concept.

But whay is it away form everything else?
It sure makes it un noticeable.

Actually, to me, it seemed to stand out a bit more since it was in an odd place.
