Wireless Keyboard

Looking for a couple of inexpensive, wireless keyboards. Bluetooth is not essential. Requirements are:

- compact design (I don't want much depth to it and a wrist rest is not really desired)
- simple (I don't want a lot of gimmicky buttons... just a keyboard)
- keys (they should travel a standard distance when pressed... now this last requirement might be eased... I'll explain)

More and more I see keyboards with Chicklet-like keys... very flat and not much travel... like Mac laptop keyboards. I'm not sure I could get used to such a keyboard but I'm wondering... have any of you switched to such from a standard keyboard and if you did, did you like it and did it take some "getting used to" or did you go back to the old standard, typewriter-like keyboard.

Anyhow, I has meed using the old standard, typewriter-like keyboard (first photo below) for quite a few years before I switch to Apple's thin profile (aluminium) (2nd photo below) keyboard.

Initially, I told myself, it might not be comfortable. However, about half an hour proper trying, I liked the thin profile (aluminium) keyboards.

To me, the distance that the keys pressed down (on Apple's thin profile (aluminium) keyboard) is sufficient for me. Not as much as the old standard, typewriter-like keyboard, but by the end of the day, it saves me energy on typing. Whenever I had to go back to standard keyboards (e.g. the first photo), I found myself not feeling that comfortable.

If you don't need the numerical keypad, Apple Wireless Keyboard (aluminium) (2nd photo above) can be a great option. It works with PC, don't worry.

Which ever wireless keyboard you decide, I do recommend getting the Bluetooth one. The benefit? You don't need to occupied a USB port for the RF receiver.
