illustrator page looks small as a website

Postby gwhite » Mon 09 Feb, 2009 8:19 am

I created a series of pages from an Illustrator web template. Now that I post that site, I have it centered (which appears to be a big concern of most of the posters on here) but what I need to do is make the page fill the browser space when it's opened. Currently this is our intranet site on our closed company system. I built a pretty good site, but when it's viewed, it's centered and small. Is there anyway to make the page fill the browswer screen and how do I do this?

Thanks,

While I can't say anything very specific without seeing the site, you may want to start by adding a [tt]width: 100%;[/tt] to your CSS stylesheet on the [tt]body[/tt] element.

where would i find this body element. I pull up the page in dreamweaver and click on the CSS properties at the bottom and then I don't see anyplace to chage the body style.
