One project called OpenBeOS is going to do a opensource of BeOS, this project is in beta stage. Other is Blue Eyed OS, which uses Linux Kernel(bye Linux) and CAN run Linux applications. The comercial version is Zeta from yellowTAB, which is going to realease it in 4 or 6 weeks.
