Java Applet problem

Hi recently the applet for a chatsite I have visited for years will not load. I have tried updating java, uninstalling and reinstalling, rolling back updates... everything,but no luck. The site is www.chatspan.com. The java console message says the following:

It looks like the site is pointing at at the wrong URL for the chat applet ([tt]http://chat-web.securewebs.com/Java/com.chatspace.v20090.Chat[/tt] instead of [tt]http://chat-web.securewebs.com/Java/cs4fs090.jar[/tt]), which isn't something that is fixable on your end.

Thanks for your responses guys. I got onto site admin and notified them of the problem.
