Outlook 2002 Composition Problem

Postby iJohnE » Sat 20 Jun, 2009 10:27 am

I just upgraded from Office 97 to XP Office Pro 2002 (I opted to upgrade, figuring it would do better than Office 97' in Windows 7.)

Anyways, when I click on new message, I am brought to a screen like this with an error message:

It's not letting me use word to compose the messages. It's saying that I need Microsoft Agent 2.0, and that it's available with the Office System pack.

Now, I installed all the updates from Microsoft for the Office 02' suite, and I have searched the CD, where is the system pack, and I can't seem to find it.
Outlook in my past experience worked best when paired with word for composition.

Any ideas as to either where I can get the system pack, or as to why it's doing this?

Fixed it, when to the Microsoft website and did a search for Microsoft Agent 2.0, was about to download an installation file, and bam, fixed my problem.
