moving from netscape 7.1 to mozilla

Postby crusader27529 » Mon 15 Dec, 2003 10:35 am

i'm ready to take the plunge from windows to linux on my desktop/server, and the only thing holding me back is moving my netscape files from netscape 7.1 to whatever version of mozilla come with redhat version 9.

i already have the linux and mozilla functional, but i don't know the details of the netscape move. the machines share a cable modem, so they're on a lan.

has anybody done this migration or know how to do it???

TIA.

I don't have an article about this, ChrisI might have one.

However, this Common Netscape Profile for Linux and Windows might give you some hint. The Profile created by Netscape can be read by Mozilla, just we don't recommend you mix them.
