I would like to ask, by any chance are you using Outlook 97? I had the same problem when I tried to use it.

In the case of your running Firefox, it might be a good idea to upgrade to Mozilla instead of using Outlook. You can use the built-in Address Book and Mail client, and there are also utilities such as QuickNote, Mozilla Calendar and many others that provide Outlook functionality. Whatever addons Microsoft could have added to outlook, I do not know, as I have never used it before except for a short period of time while not at my home computer.

Maybe Wellander needs features that are Outlook-only.

Such as? The last version of Outlook that I ever used was 97.. Currently, all features of that old version are available in Netscape 7.1 for free by add-ons.

So you compare a version of Outlook... from 1997, to a copy of the Netscape Mail from 2003? That's six years difference. Office 2003 blows Netscape Mail away. The only real competitor to it is Thunderbird.

OK then.. Although to tell the truth I don't want to be exposed to so many vulnerabilities. During the two weeks I was using Outlook 97, my e-mail address was listed to a total of:

3 IT job training lists
2 porno sites
5 sites selling drugs

Which is why I'm not using it. If I want a PIM, there's Palm Desktop. And for e-mail, there's Thunderbird.
