Same here. I was originally set up with NS4.51, and when NS6.x came out this support disappeared. It does not mean that individuals can't use other browsers. I was given as reason that they would not be able to train their techs, fast enough, to keep up with the changes in Netscape.
However, I found, off the record, that some techs were willing and to help, but only if Outlook Express was used first. Mail seems to have been the biggest hangup.
