Backing up Mozilla Thunderbird profile data has never been easier

This Thunderbird Backup ‘QuickPick’ will help you creating and managing backups of Thunderbird email, newsgroups, addressbook and settings. You can use this Thunderbird Backup ‘QuickPick’ to schedule backup frequent or even manually, and a variety of destinations for you to choose from.

Thunderbird Backup ‘QuickPick’ also allows you to create full backup or incremental backups for saving time and space. It is also possible to use this Backup to sync data between computers.

You will need Backup.app (from .Mac) to use this 'QuickPick', .Mac membership is required to activate Backup.app for the first time (free .Mac trial membership will work). You don't need .Mac membership to use continue using Backup.app.

These quickpicks look interesting. Maybe I should try to make a linux version :)
