Return Receipts for mail in Netscape 6.2.1

I'm missing something in this version. Does anyone know how to activate/use the return receipt feature for email messages?

"Return Receipt" and several other much asked for features are not
available with any release of Netscape 6.x.x; but many including "Return
Receipt" are currently operable with Netscape 7.x. Download and install Netscape 7.0PR1, and enjoy the benefits of this much better, and more stable enterprise.
