Visit http://www.vigator.net in Netscape 7.0.
It gives some text about Netscape in German. This is what it more of less means:
Dear visitor of Zinsrisiko.de. The following web pages are optimised for the Browser Microsoft Internet Explorer 4.0+ and Netscape navigator 6.0+ for PC. With old version of Netscape it can only partially function and can run in to rendering problems, since usual functions are not supported by this browser. We ask for your understanding for the fact that these pages are not compatible with an old Netscape browser. According to our stats, only approximately 10 % of our uses use Netscape. The expenditure for a Netscape-compatible design of our pages is enormous. Our site is not possible to be compatible with the old Netscape 4.x, so that always 2 versions of the Zinsrisiko.de would have to be maintained. If you want to use an older version of Netscape to visit our pages nevertheless, click please here.

So, they allow Netscape 6 but not Netscape 7?!

I've just tested vigator.net in NS7.02, Mozilla 1.3, Px 0.5 and NS6.0. Each
time, it just displays the message at ziri.de/warnung.htm. When I tried it
in IE6.0 on Windows XP, unsurprisingly it worked. It seems that even
they say they support NS6.x, they've set their browser sniffer to
reject all non-IE browsers. It does work in Opera 7.x, but only
when it's UA is spoofed to appear as IE6.0.

So, this is a case for filing a Tech Evangelism report at BugZilla.
You'll need go to http://bugzilla.mozilla.org/ to do so, and you'll
also need to have a BugZilla account for this, which is free.

Once you've filed the Tech Evagelism report, the Mozilla Tech Evagelism
people will contact the people at vigator, to get them to support Gecko
based browsers. It would also help to send them a polite email about
why they should properly support Gecko based browsers.

I do not understand that they allow 6 and not 7. I am getting that there is only form of the website, which is the old one. But, if you click, you get into the website.

The thing is, it doesn't even allow NS6.x to access the site, even though
they claim to support it. There's some dodgy browser sniffing going on
here. Therefore, I'd strongly recommend filing a tech evangelism bug
report over at bugzilla.mozilla.org, if you haven't already done so.
