Thunderbird 3

Postby James » Sun 15 Nov, 2009 8:32 pm

I understand that TB 3 will soon be available in final form. Question: Is it better to wait for it since I do not currently have TB on my computer OR will those with TB3 beta and/or TB2 be able to make a simple upgrade without a lot of hassle?

Beta versions usually upgrade just like a normal version, no hassle.

James-

If you have waited this long, wait until the release. Why risk weird problems of left over code in your settings, etc.

Hi Richard

I decided to install Windows Live Mail (which seems to be working flawlessly with my Windows 7). It also syncs well with my hotmail account so what more could I ask? I'll take a look at TB3 but at this point I doubt I will install it.
