.NET Framework 2.0 Final released

Microsoft has finally released the desired .NET Framework 2.0, that has been in public beta for about a year. A stable version of Visual Studio to develop with said Framework is scheduled for release on the 7th of November. More information available here.

Unfortunately it turns out that 2.0 Final won't install if 2.0 Beta 2 is installed. I tried uninstalling Beta 2 and installing 2.0 Final, but 2.0 Beta won't uninstall without taking VS2005 Express with it. I doubt Final would even compile with the Beta 2 IDE either...
