My Netscape came up OK for me, but in the span of two minutes, the time displayed on their main page ranged from 7:58 PM to 8:07 PM, it is now 8:06 PM EST on my system (which uses NTP to synchronize with a local time server).

They probably have multiple servers, which might account for the difference in time that was displayed. One might be off.
