Okay, I know it's in WMV format, but install Flip4Mac's [sdt=10623]WMV Component[/sdt] (free) and you can play it under QuickTime. Actually it runs better on QuickTime than on Windows Media Player.

Okay, it's not H.264, but it's playable by QuickTime without any additional plugins. Plus, it's actually smaller than the H.264 equivalent (500kb smaller).
