REALbasic 2006 Release 3 available

REAL Software announced the availability of REALbasic 2006 Release 3 for Mac, Windows and Linux platforms.

Version control format. Save and export projects in text format for use with version control systems such as CVS and Subversion.
Check for errors. Find errors in your code without having to build an application.
Usability and productivity updates. Improved project navigation, including the following:
Automatically save state and option settings from session to session
Open various editors in separate windows depending on set preferences
Set default properties and properties lists in separate floating palettes
Icons and non-printing characters can now be used as menu item shortcuts.


Universal Binary is still not yet available.
Universal Binary support is currently under development and is expected in a forthcoming release of REALbasic.


REALbasic is a Visual Basic -like programming language that can be used to crate cross-platform applications (Mac, Windows and Linux).
