The Shiira Project released Shiira 2.0 Beta 1 few days ago. Shiira is a web browser based on Web Kit and written in Cocoa. According to the website, the goal of the Shiira Project is to create a browser that is better and more useful than Safari.

Shiira 2.0 Beta 1 features new user interface. Includes PageDock (tab thumbnails), HUD Panels (Disassembled Sidebar), Fullscreen and Shelf (for managing webpages).

If you don't like the "PageDock" arrangement, you can switch back to the "Tab" style from preferences.
