Add/Remove Program Not Populating

My Add/Remove Program is not populating. Any thoughts on how I might view the items listed in there would be greatly appreciated.

I'm glad your problem resolved itself because the fix below was a bit frightening.
A quick Google search brought up a Microsoft Knowledge Base article:
Add/Remove Programs tool displays installed programs incorrectly
The "fix" there involves altering the Windows registry, which is not something advised for the weak-of-heart.
